Connect with FTPES

The hosting platform accepts encrypted FTP only.

Plain FTP sends the password in the clear. Shared hosting accepts FTPES on port 21.

• Host: the server name in your welcome email
• Protocol: FTPES or explicit FTP over TLS
• Port: 21
• Username and password: the cPanel account, or an FTP user you created
• Remote folder for the site: public_html
